1.The oil and gas separation core is damaged

Therefore, a lot of oil in the air is not isolated and will follow. The gas is expelled from the body together, and is produced together with the oil during the exhaust process


2. Failure of oil return pipe
       In the working process of the screw compressor, it shoulders the important responsibility of the return pipeline. The oil separation between the inside of the oil core and the compressor inlet will form a pressure difference. Under the action of this pressure difference, it will reach the bottom of the pipeline. , Responsible for returning the oil separation core oil to the compressor. If the oil return plug is broken and incorrectly installed during the next cycle, the separated oil core will not be gathered at the bottom, and the oil will be accumulated to the bottom. It is caused by excessive oil accumulation at the bottom of the backlog. Therefore, this part of the engine oil will appear in the process of oil discharge along with the discharge of gas.


3. System pressure control is too low

4. Minimum pressure valve failure

The damage of the oil separation core is a common phenomenon. Therefore, the equipment needs to be inspected before the screw compressor is operated. The operation should be strictly carried out in accordance with the instruction manual during use. After use, the maintenance of the equipment should regularly find oil separation damage to the core and perforations. Should be replaced in time, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment

There is a problem with the return circuit
During the operation of the equipment, if the oil return circuit is blocked, the pressure drop of the separator should be checked first. If there is no problem with the pressure drop, the core of the oil separator should be cleaned. If the core of the oil separator is broken, it should be replaced in time

Low system pressure control problem
For operators, they should be familiar with the control pressure of the equipment and reduce the burden on the system when problems are found, so that the system pressure can reach the rated working pressure.

Minimum pressure valve failure problem
In actual operation, if the minimum pressure valve is found to be invalid, it must be replaced, and work should be performed after replacement.

The problem of adding too much cooling oil to the compressor
When adding cooling oil to the compressor, you should first know the theoretical value of how much cooling oil should be added to the equipment. A dedicated person should be responsible for the addition of cooling oil, which should usually be controlled below the middle of the rearview mirror

Cooling oil quality problem
The addition of cooling oil should be strictly in accordance with the equipment's requirements for adding cooling oil. Because different equipment has different requirements for cooling oil, it should be recorded after the addition time. After the cooling oil is used up, it should be replaced on time to add cooling oil. Qualified quality should be strictly controlled to prevent the addition of unqualified cooling oil
